  5. Yes, easy all the way! I agree... but easy is not always healthy! So a pack of stirfry veg with fresh noodles stirred in goes a long way and ready in minutes!

    Dinner? I made a big pot of "almost" vegetarian stew last night (almost because I did use a can of beef broth) So more of it for dinner tonight. Yum!

  19. Still at the hospital after eight and a half weeks so no cooking. I hate to cook and would love to get home and start cooking just to get home. maybe next Tues.. I am sick of hospitals but everyone is nice and hopefully my son will be well enough to be home next week.

  20. I'm cooking for my grandmother tonight--we're having Sort-of Beef Stroganoff. No sour cream and I use steak and fettucini instead of hamburg and egg noodles. I'm pretty awful at cooking so it's always nice when I find something I can successfully make! Thanks for the chance at the giveaway!

    We're having shredded beef tacos with guacamole and pico de gallo, homemade corn tortillas too.

    The only reason I know what's for dinner this early in the day is because I was planning it for yesterday but got busy and served leftovers instead. Awesome.

  29. We are actually having breakfast for dinner! LOL My kids love flip flopping the menu...French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberry or apple topping, milk or orange juice!

    Dinner? We're going to a fish cookout at noon today. I don't eat fish! I'll stock up on potato salad and we're bringing cole slaw and cornbread and butter. That'll be our main meal today. Soup for supper, probably! Thanks for the chance to win!

  66. Mamma "no feel good"; so if I can summon the energy, I am making a Thai-style coconut chicken soup (Tom Kha). It is the ultimate chicken soup for the soul in my opinion! I love, love, love the Red Letter Day and Lizzy Dish lines!

  98. Tonight's dinner is the easiest and yummiest, ever!
    *Stew Meat
    *Jar of Jalepeno Green Salsa
    (I use Mrs. Renfro's.)
    *Pepper & Garlic Powder
    Simply toss all into a crock pot and slow-cook all day. We're putting ours on flour tortillas with dollops of sour cream and lots cheese. Ole!
