Spring Babies

At our last little getaway in the Tetons
(Calgon....take me away)
I took 2 small projects.

This cute, little triangle baby was
just what the mama ordered.
I hope!

I cut the triangles out with the Accuquilt and it was super slick!
I used the triangle-isosceles - 5"x6"
It was really quite fun to make and the the Accuquilt made everything so ACCUrate.
Hence the name, I guess. :)

I love a big, fat binding on the back.
It looks like a little border.
I cut my binding 2 1/2".
It is single fold.
The next Mama requested a Chevron in gray and white.
I love how this turned out.

Spring babies are the best.
Lilacs fill the air.....

We'd love to have you at our Fall Retreat!
Imagine how many baby quilt YOU could whip out??!!

  1. These quilts are adorable... I have given thoughts to the accuquilt but haven't invested in one yet. It helps knowing you like it. Perhaps in time. I bought the silhouette with thoughts of using that but it is easier to cut it out by hand. Glad I got it though cause I do use it a lot for greeting cards and miniatures.

  3. Absolutely darling! I want a big girl size - maybe I'll have to use an ACCU-cut, too. Love the colors of the first one!
