Fresh Squeezed Table Runner

Citrus is in the air! Sip up some of this fun summery Fresh Squeezed line by Sandy Gervais. We've got a new table runner kit & pattern in from our good buddy, Marlene of Yo-Yo Mama. Using cute Rick Rack to accent the border, and a sprinkling of french knots, you have a fresh idea for summer.

  3. LOVE LOVE LOVE that runner. The colors are perfect for summer! I would love to make one but I need another project right now like I need a hole in the head. Sigh... This one will go in my book of things I want to make.

  4. I have to agree with Rachel. I love this runner, but really I must resist, for now. I am supposed to be sewing right now but my internet connection was just restored and now I feel like I need to do some catching up ;)
I might have to get this pattern though and put it on my to-do list.

  5. Darlene sent me the cute wall hanging she made with this fabric and I love it! Usually its not in the color palate I would choose but I love it so much. That table runner is really cute.

  6. I love this fabric and you can see the way I used a jelly roll at www.misplacedsouthernbelle.com. I just bought some charm packs from you and can't wait to receive them.

  8. For the sake of dumb questions asked-what is a jelly roll? This is sooo cute-the summery colors are making me really want to give quilting a try.

  9. Hi Marie,

Not a dumb question at all.....a 'jelly roll' is a similar concept to the charm squares. You get a little piece of each fabric in the line. So in a jelly roll, you receive a 2 1/2 " strip of each fabric in the Fresh Squeezed line. They're perfect for those patterns that call for 2 1/2 " squares or strips. Charm squares are pre-cut, usually 5" squares and you get one of each of those that are in the line. Hope this helps!
