  6. I have a holiday table runner of sorts on my TO DO list. It is for my friend that has a round dining room table with a built in lazy susan in the middle. Basically it will be a big donut of a table runner - double sided even!

  13. I love Flurry .... and my favourite project season is the Autumn of course .... I love pumpkins,leaves and I had many Autumn's table runner !!!!

    And I have a large number of Christmas Quilt of course .... I have 3 children and this year there will be another one ... so I had to do another quilt for her ^__^

  17. I'm working on finishing all my christmas and birthday gifts for the year so that in November and December I can finally make some Christmas ornaments! I didn't get a chance last year as I was still making presents on Christmas Eve!! I wont make anything for Halloween as being English, we don't celebrate it

  20. I would like to make a shopping bag with Flurry fabric, so all the cookies and goodies I'll buy will have an environmentally safe haven to be carried home! The "cherry on the cake" will be the giveaway of the tote as present to my mother - she needs some cheering up at those moments 8^}.

  37. I have only one wall quilt and would use the Halloween one to make another to have out and probably a holiday tote bag with the other. Love Kate Spain. Yesterday I made an amazing versatile corn/bean salad with sharp white cheddar bits (Cabot cheese) onion and cesar dressing. Perfect with my salmon!

    Anyway, I like the look of Flurry. I think it would make a great table runner or maybe seasonal placemants something winter related, not solely christmas. That way I could keep it out for longer.

Got me thinking about the many tablerunners I have made for every imaginable holiday/season and the fact that I have given every one of them away as gifts! So now I need to make a holiday tablerunner for my own table. Maybe I can get to it in time for Halloween. Or maybe Christmas.

  62. Summer came early this year, so I can just pretend it's Christmas in Pre-july :) This year I'm making an Advent calendar/banner for my 3 yr old. I found a really good bargain online at the Disney store for the little Toystory Characters that will fit in each day's pocket :)I figured I'd better start now, to avoid the dreaded holiday craft pressure/deadline. My hands sweat just thinking about it :)

    This year as a big family we want to make "Carmel Corn". We are always given some as a gift...however it does not go to far...so this year we decided to make some!
    While they work on that, I will be sewing some
    "Quilted Hot-pads"...hopefully using some ?

  83. I love the Trick or Treat fabric. I've red, cream and blue fabric to make a Fourth of July quilt. But if you're wondering what I would make out of the fabric you're featuring today, it would be a Halloween table runner. Also, I just read about making fabric alphabets magnets. Wouldn't it be cool to make the letters "trick or treat" out of that fabric?

I Would like to make some fun Halloween table runners. I made some for my children several years ago. I really like the one side that has an autumn theme but I don't like the Halloween fabrics I used so mine hardly ever gets turned over. Thanks for the opportunity.

I've got a whole long list of Christmas stuff to make, after I get all my baby stuff made for our latest addition, due July 1. I'm most looking forward to making a tree skirt - which I hope to do with your quilt along. You are still planning on doing that, right?
