Update:  Congrats to Melissa #39!
You are the winner tonight!

I want a new apron.
Almost just started cutting into this....

but then remembered my Dots project...
I should go get that done first. :(

These fabrics are Everything Nice

Such a cute orange mixer and
 fabulous little measuring spoons.

Can't forget the spatulas!

And the Red Dot.
I used these polka dots in my Dots block.
It's great rich deep red.

Normally, we do this on Thursday, but Blogger decided to post a preview, so some could see it, so we'll just start it now and it will end Thursday night.
The giveaway today is a set of 3 fat quarters from Everything Nice.

  2. My kitchen is the perfect size for everything I have and everything I need to do, but I need to make potholders and a runner for the kitchen table. I keep making stuff for everyone else. Thanks for the giveaway.

  3. We just remodeled our kitchen and I'm excited to be in there now. Thanks for the giveaway.

  4. My kitchen is small and needs some accessories. My family burned the second set of oven mitts I did then I went and burned another one;-D needless to say, I haven't had time to make new ones so it's been the good old kitchen towel to the rescue. I can't bring myself to buy oven mitts at the store when I could make my own pretty ones.

  5. I love my kitchen it's red and black, with diner menu wallpaper.

  6. Oh, I love that kitchen fabric - the mixers and aprons are so cute. I rent a room, so don't really have a kitchen of my own. My OH does though, a nice big one. It's wasted on him though, as he doesn't cook and thinks it would be fully stocked with one pan and a microwave. I have to keep sneaking things in! No idea how to get a Kitchenaid mixer in without him spotting it though!

  7. My kitchen is our farm's original log cabin. (and the "new addition" on our house was built in 1874!)

  9. How cute! I want a new apron too...it's so funny that we both do! =)

My kitchen is efficient...it's small and I have just a little stove, but I'm so thankful, because our first 11 years here, I didn't have even that! =)

    Thanks for a lovely giveaway.

  10. In three weeks I move into our new house. Once we get there, the kitchen is small, but cute and has a counter with stools where we can sit and eat breakfast. The best part about it is that the ceiling is pressed tin tiles - really cool. I'm so excited! And I will need to accessorize the whole house!

  11. These are so cute! My kitche is orange, like the fruit. When I first told people I was going to paint my kitchen orange I think they all though I was crazy! But it actually looks really nice and delicious!

  12. I have a very old farmhouse kitchen - and as all are - the hub of the house. Something new a bright would be fun.

  13. Such cute fabric! It would look great in an apron and potholder for my daughter's kitchen - it would match all of her Fiestaware!
My kitchen - open, dark brown cabinets, dark wood floor, a counter too high to use for sitting (what WERE they thinking?).

  14. My kitchen suddenly seems much smaller - we just got two new high chairs for my twin boys! Maybe now we will be able to spend a little more time in said kitchen...

  18. I love the fabrics! My kichen is red and green and black. My favorite piece in my kitchen is my set of vintage rooster plates that hang above my sink that belonged to my grandma. I have never seen any others like them. Thanks for the giveaway!

  19. Oh I love that fabric! It would match the teapots and toasters I have that I'm going to make a kitcheny quilt out of!

My kitchen is super small, outdated and it drives me absolutely crazy. Someday I'll be able to afford to remodel it and make it larger, or if we ever get a chance to build a house that will be my dream room and I'll get to design it how I want it. :D

Sharon (Vroomans Quilts), my maternal grands lived in an old farmhouse and the kitchen/dining area was about 1/3 of the house. I loved her kitchen, tons of counterspace room for a huge table, her sewing area in the dining area too (so she could use the table for cutting) a newfangled stove and an old cookstove that she was a pro at cooking on. Everyone congregated in her kitchen too. I miss it and that is so much what I want. :D

  58. My kitchen...UGH. It needs all the help it can get! It still has the same vinyl flooring and wood grain laminate countertops that were installed when it was a new house back in 1977. We never had enough money to fix it up nicely, and now that we kinda almost sorta do, there are other things that need fixing more. So yes, it could really use some pretty dish towels or oven mitts. This fabric would be perfect for that! Thank you for the giveaway. :)

So my counters are covered with empty containers and styrofoam cups (just in case I need them). I generally end up using them to store jewelry-making and craft supplies. I would use the fq to make my mother-in-law something for her kitchen, she's the cook of the family. Thanks for having the giveaway. Blessed be, hugs!!!

We have spent many days together and made many memories in my kitchen. Now these visits are treasured because My Girl is grown and recently moved out on her own. Were I lucky enough to win these pretty FQs, I would make something for My Girl to warm her new kitchen ... :) Pat

  129. A blue floor, the kitchen has flower wall paper - reds, yellows, blues. Everyone smiles when they come in. But Mum hated wallpaper, no way would she have it. Next time I visit gobsmaxked with the wallpaper. But not only kitchen, hall, lounge and bedroom... What a giggle those colours would add a bit of oomph, exta zing to the kitchen.(The wallpaper is 30 years old and looking good)

  130. Beautiful fabrics. My kitchen is a mix of old & new. New black appliances, kitchen cabinets built with the house 100+ years ago. Painted a beautiful colour of buttercream and now houses my in-laws' antique hutch, that sat in their kitchen for 45 years. (I am also fortunate enough to have a lot of the antique dishes, pyrex, cookbooks and other things that were kept in it!)

    ReplyDelete
  131. I knew something looked familiar about the laminate countertops in the kitchen of the house we had recently purchased. ReplyDelete
  132. I just love those cute fabrics! I also love my kitchen. We remodeled it a year ago. We went from 4 inch tile countertops to lucious granite. Nice white cabinets and lights everywhere really brighten it up. If I wasn't so busy quilting, I would definitely spend more time there!

  136. My kitchen has a hardwood floor which I did not want when we built our house but now love. I have always been glad my husband talked me in to it. That fabric is adorable.

  139. I love my kitchen. We did a total house makeover a lot of years ago and I got to do it just how I wanted. Wouldn't change a thing. Not that I like to cook anymore, just that when I do, I at least love my kitchen.

  140. Now, ladies, I know my kitchen would look oh-so-much happier and brighter should I be fortunate enough to win your giveaway :) :) I think my bitty kitchen could use a bit of sprucing up .... being a rental and all, gotta add the happy where we can! Thank you so much for the beautiful giveaway!

  142. I don't think my kitchen will ever be big enough. My family keeps growing in numbers and size.

  143. We are currently renting an apartment, and the kitchen is black and white. I loved it until I moved in and realised how difficult its colour scheme is! Anyway I actually think the modern look in this fabric will make a lovely apron/oven gloves set. Thanks for the chance to win! btw finished my dots project yesterday so I can sew into this :)

  144. My kitchen is green and brown. Geez those fabrics would look great in there :)

  145. I love my kitchen. It is large and roomy and has our dining table at one end. It has dark linoleum flooring that doesn't show dirt much. It has nice cupboards built by DH and appliances that I love.

  146. My kitchen is small and cozy. I like that everything is within reach. I have a handy kitchen trolley and a computer on the counter for the ease of looking up recipes online.

  149. I want to totally redo my kitchen! Right now I love my granite counters, but they don't go with my oak shelves...so maybe a paint job redo is in the works. Oh and I got a new faucet and Disney decor...not that exciting :)

  150. My kitchen has been a very healthy place for the last months. It is not the most practical or pretty kitchen, but it works. It could benefit from potholders though!

  151. When we first moved into our house (14 years ago) I said "that kitchen has got to go" anyway 14 years, two children, new windows, new cars, new drive, new bathrooms and lots of other stuff (including four trips to the States) later my kitchen is still the same as when we moved in - still no blinds on the windows and horrible yellow lino floor but its comfortable, practical and will probably be the same in another 14 years - life is more important to me than a showcase kitchen. Saying that those fabrics will look fabulous in there! along with all my lovely glass jars and disney mugs!

  152. I love my kitchen! it's the heart of our home!
    Thanks for a great giveaway!

  156. I love my kitchen because I finally have a center island that is huge!! I don't know how I ever survived without one :)

    ReplyDelete
  157. My kitchen is horrible! It's tiny and it needs renovating - as does the rest of the house. Students lived in our house for years before we bought it and it shows! I do try to cheer the kitchen up with some Cath Kidston tea-towels and oven gloves, but, alas, it's not enough!

  158. Right now my kitchen is the teeny, tiny kitchen in our daugther's apartment. Soon though I'll have a wonderful spacious kitchen to work in again.

Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  162. My kitchen is all new and up-to-date because we have only lived in this new house for a year and a half. It is the kitchen I wish I had had when my kiddos were growing up. Now there are two of us and I finally have a wonderful kitchen.

  163. My kitchen is cute (I think it is!) I have a window w/ a valance curtain that I make new ones for each season! thanks for the sweet fabric giveaway - might be my newest curtain fabric!

  164. My kitchen is blue and burgandy - I tiled the walls myself and made a valances for the kitchen and dining room - it is not easy to decorate a 60's ranch house sometimes. I love this line, I might just have to change my decorating scheme :)

    ReplyDelete
  165. We just remodeled out kitchen. It's so much more spacious and I love the orange candied yam color of the walls :)

    ReplyDelete
  166. I love my kitchen. It's white gloss and has grey worktops. My husband's choices. I chose sparkly white floor tiles and white wall tiles with sparkle. Bit of a magpie at heart. Having a white kitchen is great because it makes clourful utensils and mixers stand out.

  167. I love this fabric! My kitchen has blue walls. I would love to replace the cabinets, but it will not be happening for awhile. Great giveaway!! :)

  169. I love my kitchen. In my first house, I had a galley kitchen where if someone was at the sink and someone else was at theh stove, you were bumping butts. When we built our current house almost 10 years ago, I wanted more space. I have a long l-shaped counter with lots of counter space and an island. My island has outlets on both sides, two drawers for gadgets and two doors with a shelf where I store all my pots and pants. My kitchen is also open to the dining room and living room so I can watch TV while I am getting dinner ready.

  170. My kitchen is falling apart. We rent. :( There's no range hood, 2 out of 4 stove burners do not work, we've had to replace the fridge with one of our own, and the dishwasher is from 1973. Wah, wah, wah.....

    ReplyDelete
  171. I'd love a huge island in my kitchen, but I will be just fine with a new microwave! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  172. My kitchen is very dated and boring - it's painted a lovely taupe but I haven't gotten around to "decorating". I decided a while ago to do a coffee theme in there but I haven't done a single coffee-ish thing! Too much time on the computer, I fear, LOL!

  177. Oh, this is really fun stuff!
I live in a rental house right now with that is very short on counter space and cabinets and is very dated with faux granite laminatte countertops and white pickled wood cabinets. It is pretty darn ugly! The bright spots in my kitchen are my Cherry Red Kitchen Aid mixer and my utensil crocks of the same cheery hue. But I love to cook, and spend many hours in that kitchen.

Thanks for the fun giveaway! You'll make someone's day for sure!

  178. My kitchen is tiny, which makes it fabulously easy and quick to clean. :) This fabric is super cute!

  187. I got my hand caught inn a closing door and my middle finger tip nearly got ripped off. Since then my dh is taking care of things and my kitchen is a mess. I guess I care more about the state of the counters than he does. never thought I'd be aching to clean...

    ReplyDelete
  188. This would make such a cute valance for my kitchen window. Maybe that would take away some of the attention from the countertops that desperately need to be replaced. :)

    ReplyDelete
  189. My kitchen is pale yellow, but I'm considering painting it a very pale apple green. I have white dishes and lime green mugs and bowls, so I think the pale green will look fresh and soft.

  191. I have a bright, cheery kitchen that is in dire need of some new colors for accents. I just added a piece of artwork with reds, oranges, yellows and greens and now I could use some new potholders and towels with similar colors and the fabrics you are offering would be perfect. Thanks!

  195. I hate my kitchen! My hubby promised me, promised! that we'd live in this house for only 2-3 years and we are still in it 10 years later! My kitchen was designed by a non-cooking idiot. My sink is in an island with zero counter space to the right of it, need I say more! Cute fabric and those orange mixers, sweet!

    ReplyDelete
  196. My kitchen is a mess! I need to back up the dumpster to the windows, toss EVERYTHING and start over! :) A remodeled on would be fun to decorate. Guess I can dream for now, uh and clean later and make the best of it. Wanna start me out with some cheery kitcheny fabric??? :)
