  5. Frosting? I think we call it icing! Anyway in my house it's compulsory - as is licking out the bowl!!
    Thanks for the giveaway

  6. Frosting can give an extra layer of taste or just enhance the great taste of a cupcake. We try to make all diferrent decorations and frosting for cupcakes, which makes it harder to choose which to taste.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Icing is mandatory for all cakes. I think my children would just love icing in a patty pan without the icing.

  35. Ohh. I love a good buttercream on my cupcakes. Buttercream is sweet, but on cupcakes you get just the right amount. I also like to eat my cupcakes upside down so I get to eat the frosting goodness very last. I break off the bottom eat it then go in for the top...weird I know. ;)

I'm not a frosting gal. I like just the plain cupcakes. But there's usually someone who IS a frosting person nearby who is happy to scoop mine off. Works out beautifully!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Frosting! It's not for cake anymore. It makes the very best S'mores and then on graham crackers and you should always keep a can of the dark chocolate in your cupboard or medicine chest. Eat it right out of the can for those chocolate attacks or if your endorfins are low.

    ReplyDelete

I've never been a big fan of buttercream, and lately when my daughter has been making and decorating cupcakes, it has frustrated her when I've taken it off to eat the cupcake part. I told her I love her designs, I just don't like that type of frosting.

    Thanks for the giveaway.
