This very minute there better not be anything. BUT....Saturday night we are having 50 people in for Cajun food. I have already started prepping things. After I get up today (I am on night shift) I plan to make two of the salads. They are much better if they sit a couple of days.

ReplyDeleteMy husband is cooking! For 40 years I have done all the cooking, except for the odd boiled egg if I have been in bed with a cold. However, things changed dramatically a few months ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Operation and now on the midst of chemo so my Dear Man has taken over cooking a lot of the time and he's getting really good! Grilled plaice and fresh veggies is probably his signature dish.
