Made a few bags
over the weekend,
just in time for Easter and
needed gifts.
I was brave too
and used the Finca size 12 thread
(which can be conveniently found here)
for a little top stitching and texture.
Let's take another look at it.
The middle bag is just rectangles sewn on all sides,
but the outside ones are
"lined drawstring bags"
from In Color Order's tutorial.
These were fun, fast and easy to make.
Well....
not as fast as my first bag,
but ever so much cuter.
And they are fun to
open and close :).
Again, I did a little top stitching with the
Finca Prescencia Thread.
The fabric is Millie's Closet.
Do you want to make a
drawstring tote?
One bag takes 3 fat quarters
(you'll have a little extra left over of the red purse print).
If you'd like the fat quarters,
I'll throw in the 4" strip needed to make the ties.
The fat quarters are $7.50 + shipping.
The shipping is included in the amount below.
3 Fat Quarters + bonus strip!
How cute, I love LOVE love the top stitching!
