Ginger Blossom

I'll share our conversation, since I don't have a better catch line for this post.
Des: Do something about Gillian's Island's Ginger....the professor & Mary Ann.....
Corrie: I can't sing the part about Ginger?? How does it go?
Des: I'll google it.......oh, they don't mention her name. :(

Memories.... what a great show. I'm sure Des has more memories, she can probably tell you what she was wearing while watching. So now I've been surfing Tina Louise (Ginger) all morning. Good grief, I don't have time for this. This show was from the sixties? What was I watching? Reruns? I'm a wealth of information now. What would you like to know?

What has this got to do with Sandi Henderson's Ginger Blossom fabric? Absolutely nothing, but the first two people to comment on this post, will get a Ginger Blossom fat quarter. Come on, SassyPriscilla & Michael Ann, I hope you're reading. :-)

Ginger Blossom is perfect - big florals, retro prints, fun colors - it has it all. We have it all too -- 19 different prints. And we have fat quarters, charm squares, half yards & yardage. There are 2 colorways: Blush & Fresh, but all they all look great together.

"So join us here each week my friends, You're sure to get a smile, From seven stranded castways, Here on 'Gilligan's Isle.'" ~Corrie

  7. My kids love Gilligan's Island. They have lots of the shows on DVD. This past summer they even had a little boating adventure of their own so they made their own little video of the THEME SONG (even had the right number of guys and girls as we had guests on this adventure). Then the GUESTS sang us their own version of the theme song to thank us for their week here. Oh yeah, my ds got a cat this summer...named him Gilligan!
