and the Dish ran away with the Spoon

Finally finished the quilt for my friend. Delivered it tonight, might I share that the entire family road bikes to their house. Uphill. Should have got a picture of that.

Quilt Labels -- you know by the time, I'm done with a quilt, I'm usually too lazy to spend five minutes to make a quilt label. But I did it! If the quilt had been really difficult with intricate piecing, I would have detailed it all on the label, but this was a pretty easy pattern. This quilt label is more of a gift tag. I didn't show her the tag, but I bet she smiled when she found it. Love that little dish. It's hard to write on fabric...hmm, could have spaced it better. Oh well. It's done & gone. :-) Hurray! ~Corrie

Must be a wonderful feeling of accomplishment to have the quilt done and delivered. :D CUTE label. Are we supposed to label every quilt we make??

  3. That is so cute! I love anything with the dish and the spoon--and the cow jumping over the moon :)!

How ya doin'? I've been a little caught up helping some friends start a new little blogging community. Sorry I haven't got to comment much. Things have been crazy and busy around here--but thankfully in mostly a good way!

Get in touch with me soon!

  4. That is so darling! I almost never put labels on quilts unless they're gifts. Just. Too. Lazy.

  5. Love the dish, I need to label my quilts but I'm just so tickled I finished them that I never spend the time to label them. Uphill with the family- I'm impressed!
