ReplyDeleteAbout the same time Dick and Jane books were standard reading materials at my elementary school, Fizzies was a poplar candy at the store. It was candy that fizzed in your mouth as it melted. We didn't have any, but we did have Alka Seltzer. I popped an Alka Seltzer in my mouth instead. Kind of the same thing without all the sugar. I loved it and snuck it when I could. I still like Alka Seltzer. Did you say Random???
