I think creating a 1000 word research paper counts. what an amazing topic. I put a little exert on my blog about creating a few weeks ago...and it was just wonderful to hear it from an General Authority Voice.... I was so thrilled to see the message on your blog..
I really love this little clip. I have this same quote posted on my blog in the sidebar. It stands as a reminder to me that I too can create and so can others. Thanks for sharing
Wow. Bravo! That brought a tear for me, although I'm not sure why. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I think I'll show it on my blog, too. As many people as possible should hear this message!
Thanks bunches for sharing this message. I really needed it. I was let go from my job just this past Saturday. I think I may take this time to focus on my sewing abilities and 'create' some things to sell. This message pushed me even more with my decision. Thanks again. ~Tootles for now!
President Uchtdorf is awesome! Especially LOVE the last line. It just makes sense. I agree with above - creating would be a lot easier if we had a few extra hours each day!
I love that. I LOVED the talk he gave. It was just what I needed to hear... the need to create is in all of us... I just have to narrow it down I guess cause I want to do it all!!
What a powerful message. I love it. Does creating a 1000 word research paper count? :) Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteThat is precisely why my blog is called "Sew Create It" I'm forever telling my girls that if they have an great idea, to run with it..."so create it!"
ReplyDeleteGreat message!
I love that talk. THanks for the reminder. I always have that drive to create...now if only we had 30 hour days instead of just 24. :)
