It arrived. Actually, it's been here awhile..... staring at me, waiting so patiently to get listed in the store. Good, looks like the other sellers are about sold out. See, waiting has its benefits.

There was a cute picture of it in the
new Bags, Pillows & Pincushions magazine.
Just a minute...
See.... Pillowcase Panache. How vintagey is that?

Look what I found in my stash for backing.... um... perfect.

Which do you like, the navy or red?
Oh wow I love being the first to comment. Is that worth a prize? We got this line in at the Corn Wagon but didn't get the panel. I'll have to pursue that a little more. I'm a red gal all the way. It would look really cute on my front porch to. I have the perfect red chairs to go with. I can't wait for summer!
ReplyDeleteI love the red. Go for it. I look forward to seeing how it turns out.
ReplyDeleteI like them both but lean towards the red more.

ReplyDeletewhat a pretty quilt this could be!! i also love the red!! :)
ReplyDeleteMy son must hear me say this whenever I visit your blog, but right when it opened, he said "I LOVE pretty colors" and he wouldn't stop....so cute. (He's 2 and 1/2)

The fabric is the normal 43/44" width. There should be a link to it, in the post. Click on 'panel'.
ReplyDeleteJust trying to decide what to use for binding.
I love the RED of course. I haven't seen much cheater cloths. This one is very cool and I had no idea they had marking for stitches! DO post when you finish it.
ReplyDeleteI love the red, it really pops. What a neat idea for fabric!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think of the fourth of July. I love them both!
ReplyDeleteDefinately RED! It just makes everything happier. It would look fabulous on your porch. LOVE IT~
ReplyDeleteI love the navy.... So great! I was eyeing this line but didn't realize the cheater panel was so nice!
ReplyDeleteBlue is my favorite color. But I really like the red better.
ReplyDelete~Tootles for now!
It's unlike any cheater cloth I've seen. It's really pretty and I'd be willing to take the plunge with something so nice too ;o)
