Wants for Thursday ~ Giveaway~Winner!!

Update: Quilt Nut, Way to Go!
Email Corrie your mailing address!
You all are a greedy bunch of gals! :)
See you next Thursday.
I want this magazine.

I want the sunshine streaming through MY window.

I want it to be warm enough that I will WANT to drink 3 peach sodas.

I want clean countertops.

I want all the doors in my house painted blue, pink and yellow.

I want to sit on that chair in the corner and read my magazine.

I want my walls that color of blue.

And the walls that aren't blue, I want them to be red.
Yes, I do.

I want pinecones in a bowl and not all over my front lawn.

I want my husband to sit in that blue chair and
I will stare at him from across the clean floor for hours.
Yes, I will.
I want to be tucked into bed each night with this quilt surrounding me.

I want to accent my creative space with brown, pink and lots of white.
(Anne Sutton's workplace)

Um, this is a stretch for me because I do not want a grey cat. Already had one. He, Grey Grey, ran away and broke my heart. And the dog is just too small for me.
And so I want a nice crisp ironed white shirt hanging in my closet.

For today's giveaway you not only get the American Patchwork & Quilting magazine but you also get this ROCKtastic supplement to go with it. Tell us more about it Corrie,

  7. Right now I want a chocoloate pie... or for my one year old to sleep through the night (which almost never happens, by the way!), and I want a lot of free time to finish the many many sewing projects that I have all planned out, but have done very little on.

  8. I want to be spending the day doing whatever I feel like and not have to worry about housework or any other jobs. I want a week off cooking so I can do the above but most of all I want to see my grandbabies who live in another country!

  9. I want more time to work on my quilts in progress :-) That's all.

  10. I want my home to be completely, spotlessly clean and our five children to behave perfectly, while I sit and cut out applique' pieces for the quilt I'm working on. That's what I want.

  12. I want my husbands business to do well, and I want to be able to buy a house and build his shop so we only have one payment instead of two. And I really want to pay his dad off so that he can run his business by himself without money hanging over his head!! I also want my children to stay healthy, and for my baby to do well not breastfeeding, oh, and the engorement to go away. Owch!!

  13. There is many many things I want, but for today Thursday, I just want it to be a clock, so I am on my way home from work planning for sewing tonight.

  14. I want my dear husband to make a decision about the house I found online so we can get moving back to NC. I want a room dedicated just to my crafting. And it should be big enough where I can dedicate a sizeable space to each craft. Don't want my sewing mixed up with my painting. And I want a machine that can do all the quilting for me. I am terrible at free motion quilting, and hand quilting is something I just don't think I want to attempt.
    ~Tootles for now!

  15. I'd like the magazine of course; a few night's sound rest in a row; a quiet spot where I can sew when I cannot sleep, without disturbing the family; a really good haircut.

  16. Right now I desperately want another bedroom on this house! I know that is a big want, but with my oldest daughter having to sleep in the den on the pull out couch it is not a good situation and if there was just one more bedroom she could have her own room and solve a lot of problems!
    Blessings,
    Diane
