Show & Tell ~ Michèle

Been corresponding with a new friend, Michèle, in France while waiting for her Quilt Taffy package to arrive. The package detoured through the rain & Germany, but ultimately made it! Hurray! It took a few weeks longer than expected but she was very patient and super sweet.

Michèle creates these sewing boxes. She sold many in France and Japan, but the market isn't very good for these right now, so she creates them for herself and her grandkids. She adds small ARI dolls from the fifties made in Germany.

So inspiring -- the details, the workmanship, the creativity.
Thought you might enjoy them too.

Michèle does not have a site or a blog. She needs one.

Tomorrow, we'll see what she did with Rouenneries.
