ReplyDeleteSimplify staying on a bus to day--- I will meet my girls at the end of the road.

Have a great day. I loved your new fabrics..

I could simplify my life by not committing to things that I don't have the time or energy or desire to do. I must learn how to say no and not feel guilty. Too much time is wasted doing things out of a feeling of obligation.

ReplyDeleteI also need to turn off the t.v. and learn to enjoy the solitude!

I could simplify today by staying away from the computer more and do more of the sewing and stitching that I long to have more time for. I am going to sit this giveaway out because I was the winner of last weeks. I want to thank you soooo much for the beautiful fabric that came my way. You had it packaged so cute! Again, THANK YOU!!!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe that I used the word "more" three times in my last comment! How embarassing. That will teach me to proofread the next time.

ReplyDeleteI would simplify today by stopping the clock, phone off the hook and just sewing to my hearts content with a jug of water and a snack within reach :-) Way to go ;-)

ReplyDeleteI could simplify by spending less time worrying!

ReplyDeletekjp37 at homail dot com

I would simplify today by just throwin' in the towel and heading back to bed! With 10 inches of snow on the ground, mounds of laundry to be folded, a Philosophy paper to be written, and quilt binding... There is too much to do. Oh, did I mention I leave for Florida in 9 hours :/

ReplyDeleteI don't know how I could possibly simplify today. Thursday are my rough day where I start classes at 9am, continue throughout the day, then go to work and not get home until about 10:30pm.

ReplyDeleteI will however try to simplify by not being so stressed out about everything I have to do; I will enjoy lunch with my friends between classes and no worry that I should be doing work instead of sitting with them.

I would simplify by taking everything one step at a time - don't jump ahead and get myself all worked up about something that may not even happen. "Just go with it"

ReplyDeleteby spending that time with God and putting my day in His hands. Yes.that would be the best solution.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify today by not starting a new project and instead finishing something already started. However, that fabby is lovely and I'd love to start a new project with it!

ReplyDeleteI could simplify by not rethinking things over and over...Often I don't think a fabric is the right one, search the local quilt shops and then come home and use what I originally had!

ReplyDeleteI think I might order pizza tonight for dinner. easy peasy. thanks for a chance at these cuties!

ReplyDeleteMy day was simplified for me by having over 50" of snow on the ground here in the norther VA/DC area causing my schools to be closed for a week, now. :-) I'm off to the sewing room to finish my Sunday Best Schnibbles quilt! Polly :-)

ReplyDeleteWell I'm still in my pjs surfing the web. I plan on making cookies today for my son's Valentine party tomorrow and that's about it. I don't think I could get much simpler ;0) I definitely can't cut out the cookie making. The joy of eating chocolate chip cookie dough??? Definitely worth it.

ReplyDeleteToday could be simplified by making dinner out of what I have in the house rather than go to the store. Love Simply Sweet and Bubblegum Basics!

ReplyDeleteI will simplify today. I will let the oldest daughter do her OWN laundry for a change.

ReplyDeleteI could and SHOULD simplify by getting better organized. In the last week I've wasted too much time looking for things in piles or not put back where they belong.

I could simplify today by traveling in to town and spending time with my sisters...ahhhh!

ReplyDeleteBy concentrating on what is important rather than what is urgent is a good way to simplify.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify by staying more focused. Work on a project until it is finished instead of starting another new one. ;-)

I could simplify today by making a list of things I really need to do, and prioritizing. While I feel like wallowing (and generally deserve some wallow-time), it is not productive or helpful.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify by not reading any of the quilt blogs, but then that's no fun! That fabric is so beautiful.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify today by making a to do list to take out that listo of my head hehehehe

ReplyDeleteSimplify today by cooking a meal that's enough for today and tomorrow, makes for to easy days of sewing, instead of in the kitchen cooking.

ReplyDeleteSimple thoughts.. simple doings..and just simple fun...

ReplyDeletereading... And I can sit and drool over the gorgeous fabric all day..lol ... ahh... so refreshing.. think I need to have some of those!!!

d simplify my day by not worrying about all pregnancy pains and my baby. It really takes away my joy! And of course, fabric would make me simply joyful too!

ReplyDeleteI could simplify today by not getting in my car and picking any kids up, but the authorities might frown upon that.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to simplify by leaving my unfinished projects alone today. No stress in getting them done if I simply ignore them. "Ignorance is bliss" will be my motto...Beautiful fabrics and so cheery!!

ReplyDeleteI could buy cookies that are already baked instead of baking my own.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify by only making one stop on my way home instead of 3, but I'm not sure I can find everything in one place. Thanks for the giveaway.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely bucket of springiness! These fabrics are so yummy and so are the bubblegum basics. Delish. I could simplify my life if I started doing things as I think of them instead of letting things stack up until I have so much to do that I don't know where to start. Did that make sense to anyone but me?

ReplyDeleteI could simplify today by just sitting down and letting the mess build up till later in the evening after my 4 children go to bed. I'm constantly behind them picking up and tidying and do this about 10x's a day--stopping this simplifies my day at least for today :)

ReplyDeleteToday has been simplified - I declared it a sewing only day.

ReplyDeleteLeftover chili for dinner, no housework and we can eat around the mess on the dining table.

It will still be there tomorrow.

Thanks for a chance for these beautiful fabrics.

Well I don't think it would really simplify but it would make everything else simpler if I just stayed on tasked at work today.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I've spent part of this week (snow days!) making Valentine pot holders for friends :)

ReplyDeleteI've also spent some time simplifying by going through my book shelves and pulling out books I don't read to be donated to my local library. Same goes for my closet, to be donated to the Salvation Army!

Beverly in WA

When I put my sewing room back together after getting the new flooring in, I plan on being purposeful about what comes back in.

ReplyDeleteI am going to take a nap.

ReplyDeleteThat's an easy question. Leave all the work needed to be done and just sit by the sewing machine and sew away. Simple as it sounds, but unfortunately impossible for me today. So at least I keep dreaming. :)

ReplyDeleteHope your day will be simple.

A little organization sure could simplify my life.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify today by not trying to do everything perfectly but just do it well and move on to the next thing. Because, really, how many things on my list need to be done PERFECTLY? Not as many as I think.

ReplyDeleteI could simplify, if I could get my desk cleared off. It's piled up and it stresses me out big time. Now I'll do just that, I've been sick and today I'm feeling better. And tonight I'll sew, Yeah!! Thanks for the wonderful giveaway, hope today's my lucky day.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to put my fabric in to totes... so it's not spread all over 3 tables!

Now I'm potty training both and trying to finish my quilt for quilt club and another for Year of Schnibbles let alone having agreed to make a memory quilt to commemorate my parents' 40th wedding anniversary in May and all of this when my family live 6000 miles away and a 7 hour time difference hence why I spend too much time in front of the computer.
