I have read all of the HP books by Rowling. I have only seen a couple of the movies. The length of time between them kinda lost me.
ReplyDeleteI can always use red and gold fabrics. My stash is heavy on blues (I have heard that it is a "man thing") You never know when I will need those Gryffindor colors for something. Please enter me for a chance to win.
Thank you for the chance. What fun. Have a great quilty day!!
ReplyDeleteWe are HUGE fans, read each of the books several times, listened to the books several times (Jim Dale is a genius) and have gone to the movies on opening day too!!! Sad the movies are ending but so happy that I will have JKR's word to enjoy for the rest of my life, and we will enjoy them many times over in the years to come!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the chance to win. Would love more wonderdul red and gold. Have a great quilty day!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing it after the diehard fans have had their fill :) Gotta love any phenomenon that gets people reading!

My husband and I are both Harry Potter fans and are looking forward to seeing the latest and final movie but not right away - going to let the crowds thin down a bit. Thanks for the opportunity to enter your giveway!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to watch it because my hubby can't wait to see it. But I'll have to catch up on the last one first. I think I missed the one before this one.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for a giveaway! Personally I'm not a HP fan but the hubs is ... :) Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI won't be off tonight for the premiere, although I admit I'll watch it, eventually... :-)

I'll be there tonight! Our theater is showing a double feature of Part 1 and Part 2!!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the movies, but always wait for them on video... lol.. im not a "premier time and camp out at the theater type person". I remember reading harry potter before the big hype started. So much time has passed.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun giveaway! I've never seen or read HP...giggle!
ReplyDeleteYour girls had a great idea!! Woo Hoo! Loved the HP movies but will have to wait to watch the last one... I'm not a premiere type person. Thanks for the chance I love red and yellow together!
ReplyDeleteWish I could be at the double feature Part 1 and 2 tonight!! But it's way past my bedtime, LOL.
ReplyDeleteim on a mission to find a babysitter for this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI have been an HP fan since 1998 when my (then 10-yr-old) brother told me about this book I HAD to read! I won't be seeing the movie any time soon, but the books will go down as all-time favorites!!
ReplyDeleteOh, how exciting! My sis is actually going to watch ALL 5 of my littles next Sunday so that my hubby and I can go to the theater to see it. We NEVER get to go to the movies, so it'll be quite a treat! Thanks for the chance to win some fun fabric!

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the final movie this weekend. I'm so sad that after this one it'll be all over.
ReplyDeletewe're not going to go see it this weekend - the plan is to wait until the crowds die down a bit - but that doesn't mean that i'm not DYING to see it!!
ReplyDeleteNot a Harry Potter fan but I'd rather my grandkids read HP than Twilight. Love reds and gold and finding a good gold is always fun!
ReplyDeleteI am going next weekend and it is so hard to wait!!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win some REDs!! Not a fan at all, but I'll go along with the giveaway. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea, I love red and gold! HP seems to have bypassed me but I have the first few books put away for my daughter to read when she's older :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.
I'd like to see this movie, but I have yet to see the previous one, so I think we'll have to wait! Reds and golds are great whether you're a fan or not...great colors for Christmas projects!
ReplyDeleteMGM

ReplyDeletelove Harry Potter. read all the books and seen all the movies. lindagerig@sbcglobal.net
ReplyDeleteFun!
ReplyDeleteLove me some HP, but I am behind on the movies! Still need to see the last two!
I love HP! I always took my boys to see Harry for my older son's birthdays. They used to come out around his November birthday, and so he went for that.. not this one this time. My son is in Boot Camp for this one, so we miss out on going together :( big sad face. We will have to attend this one apart. I will take my youngest son and we will go just the two of us probably not at midnight either.. way past my bedtime. Perhaps early next week. I am very excited though :) Everyone says this is the BEST of them all!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is a big fan and has read all the books. I on the other hand have read none of them but have seen all the movies with her. A big thrill for her this year was spending her junior year abroad at Oxford University in England where the dining hall looked just like the one at Hogwarts!
ReplyDeleteI love fabric and HP! I'll be there at the midnight premiere - can't wait!
ReplyDeleteBig fan of HP so thanks for a chance at your generous giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThanks to my crazy sisters - I'll be at the midnight showing tonight!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea for the giveaway :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to win. Thanks for the giveaway! I loved the HP books, but have fallen off the wagon as far as the movie. We watched the first installment of the last one last week.
ReplyDeleteNeat giveaway! I'm not a fan, but I'm not a hater either :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to win the red and gold...I really can't say if I like or dislike HP, I have not read any of the books or have seen any of the movies...thanks for the giveaway...
ReplyDeleteAny excuse to enter a give away...thank you Harry Potter! Red and Gold says Christmas to me.
ReplyDeleteWe are going for my husbands birthday.
ReplyDeleteGlad it's ending, but love red and gold fabric. Thanks for the chance to win some.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest daughters childhood began (1st grade when she read the first book) with "Harry Potter". It now (she's 18 and just graduated high school) is ending with the final movie. So, here's to childhood and all it's magic!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a fabulous giveaway.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to enter the draw.

I originally bought the first Harry Potter book to try to get my son excited about reading. Instead of him entering Harry's world, my daughter and I did. It's been a wonderful ride. Now I'm sharing the books and movies with my granddaughter.
ReplyDeleteMy kids are too old to be into Harry Potter and the granddaughters are too young. I do like red and yellow. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI must be the only person in the world who has not read or seen Harry Potter yet . . . BUT it's on my bucket list! I WILL get to it someday!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the generous giveaway!
Don't tell, but I have never read the books or watched the movies!
ReplyDeleteI was hoping to see the premiere on the military base but when we got there to watch another movie, the line was wrapped around the building :-(
ReplyDeleteWe'll have to wait and see it in a few weeks when it shows on the military base.
The thing I like about the Harry Potter books is that a lot of children started enjoying reading again! I think my youngest son read all the books, and my grandchildren have enjoy them also.

ReplyDeleteI quite glad its over.
ReplyDeleteNot a HP fan, but I don't mind the hooplah about him. Glad kids are reading! Thanks for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteHarry Potter is a favorite in our family. Even anticipating going tonight after my daughter's bachelorette party. Thanks!

ReplyDeletei love HP and am sad knowing that this is the last movie. i can't wait to see it if/when we can get a babysitter! thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter can't wait to see the new Harry Potter film!!
ReplyDeleteSo many kids will be disappointed when these books -- and movies! -- come to an end!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of HP (I like first part and maybe second a little), but I've heard that last part it's really scary, so I don't know if I should see it (yes, I know, I'm adult so I shouldn't be afraid of watching movies:).
ReplyDeleteI'm stoked, going to see it Saturday morning! (this girl has to work tomorrow, so the midnight showing just can't happen)
ReplyDeleteI'm stoked!! Red and gold, go be bold!!
ReplyDeleteNot a big fan of HP, but big fan of fabric!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ladies,
Deb

ReplyDeleteI have been given all (except the last) of the HP DVD's to watch. Have only managed to watch half of the first one, not really my cup of tea although I have been told they get better with each movie????
ReplyDeleteCool...thatcovers alot of fabric for sure! Have fun at the movie!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter and I are big Harry Potter fans, and have seen all the movies together as well as reading the books. We won't be going to this movie till next week. She's off at college taking some summer classes.
ReplyDeleteI love red, so this giveaway is great, as usual.
I'm not going to the midnight movie, but I can't wait for the movie. I love the books and the movies. How can a book be bad when the premise is the boy is saved because of how much his mother loves him??
ReplyDeleteHow fun it would be to choose between all the wonderful reds and gold there are. Happy HP Day!

I am a fan of the Harry Potter books; but have yet to see any of the movies. They just never live up to my imagination! Thanks for the chance at your giveaway.
ReplyDeleteMy granddaughter is going to the midnight show. I have loved Harry Potter from the very first book. I used to listen to the CD's going 500 miles round trip twice a month. Now I have to listen to a new story or I'll go to sleep. And that's not such a safe thing!
ReplyDeleteI should get into Harry Potter. My husband keeps telling me I should but I've got sewing to do...
ReplyDeleteI loved Harry Potter at first, but haven't kept up. Something about little kids.
ReplyDeleteNot a HP fan, but I love red! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteWhat is not to love about red and gold fun fabric?
