STrings

Once upon a time there was an old hag.......
Hags have fairy tales too.
They become witches.
Or vice versa?

Maybe I'm getting my fairy tales mixed up.
Anyway, the fantasy world I'm currently living in
looks like string quilting
I did not do the paper base.
I am using the white material as my base,
marking the first set of lines on the fabric.
More scraps.
But I'm loving this scrap set much better.

Yes, it's for another newlywed.
I may turn into a witch.....
I don't want to give this one away.

  1. Are you using the base fabric as the white line on the diagonal of each block or are you adding a strip of white?

  4. Gene, The white is my base fabric. I drew pencil sewing lines on for the first strips. No, I did not add a strip of white.
So, I didn't have to take any paper off. Yea!
