ReplyDeleteI just recently started my first hex project ... I have to say I wish I'd tried my first ever hex project with precuts!! took two days just to get my hand uncramped from cutting out card and fabric! lol

I've never seen precut hexagons - and I'm not sure I would use them. I've only ever used hexies with EPP, but then those were always tiny. So maybe with bigger ones I could try the machine ..

I've been planning a hexagon adventure for a while now. My LQS has the Accuquilt dies so I can cut, cut, cut.
ReplyDeleteBUT I haven't actually done it yet because the dies are for the small hexagons. Dipping my toe into the pool with larger pieces sounds much more doable. I didn't know Moda had added this shape to their line-up!

I have bought some pre-cut Hexy's but havent used them yet, I am wanting more of a collection and I am learning to sew them on the machine. I love the Hexy bag and learning to make bags so this inspires me.
