(check out her sew mama sew giveaway!!! Photo from Evelyn)
You can easily make this with the same technique that is shown in the above pattern, you will just 'set' it a little differently than what is shown here.
Happy Picnic-ing!
That zig zag one rocks! I haven't used the old sheets yet, but I'm itching to! I hope everything is going well for you guys! Oh, and Walt said he missed you guys and was wondering when you'd be back. :)
ReplyDeleteI have your zig zag on my favorites from before and I am determined to make one...have so much I want to do...got to get some stuff done before I can continue on...
ReplyDeleteI love the look of the vintage sheeting. I'm quilting a yellow and white zig-zag quilt right now and I love how it looks! That multi-color quilt is really pretty, too. Maybe I'll have to do one like that, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the Cinderella pattern. I missed it the first time around.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, I'm so excited to get a mention on your blog!! I feel positively famous! :-) Thanks so much, Des!!
ReplyDeleteI've always loved the zig zag one and I love your one just as much. I'm glad someone is selling FQ of the sheets, I might have to indulge at some point.
ReplyDeleteOh Des, why do you tempt me so...there is so so much I want!!!
ReplyDeleteOooh - I really need to get myself some vintage sheets (but it will have to be next year when my self-impose ban has been lifted).
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful!! That zig zag quilt is just amazing!! ♥
ReplyDeleteI love these adorable vintage sheet patterns! I can't wait to try that this summer...or maybe next.
ReplyDeleteSuch great colors and patterns. I love how they are light and airy! My goal was to start a zig zag after the wedding.. so it's after the wedding and I MUST start it now.. and the use of my new quilter will make it so much more perfect..
ReplyDeleteCarry on with your awesomeness!
I love these adorable vintage sheet patterns

Your quilt top is awesome...and I love that zig zag one too! I really need to get on the ball! I've been thinking about cutting into my sheet stash and selling a few sets on Etsy as well - you know, to try & justify my buying SO many in the first place. I just need to make that quilt first!
ReplyDeleteI got some vintage sheet fat quarters for my birthday. These are good ideas.
