Still at the hospital after eight and a half weeks so no cooking. I hate to cook and would love to get home and start cooking just to get home. maybe next Tues.. I am sick of hospitals but everyone is nice and hopefully my son will be well enough to be home next week.

I'm cooking for my grandmother tonight--we're having Sort-of Beef Stroganoff. No sour cream and I use steak and fettucini instead of hamburg and egg noodles. I'm pretty awful at cooking so it's always nice when I find something I can successfully make! Thanks for the chance at the giveaway!

The only reason I know what's for dinner this early in the day is because I was planning it for yesterday but got busy and served leftovers instead. Awesome.

Great selection of fq's, would almost be too hard to choose. Dinner, home made pizza, with grilled chicken, spinich, feta cheese and roasted garlic and sundried tomatoes.
