All of those stinkin' scraps have currently made
Plus I have plenty of scraps for too many more.

What a gorgeous quilt! It's incredible that something so beautiful uses scraps!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful!!! Fantastic job!
ReplyDeleteAwesomely done!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! Did you blur out the feet at bottom? It makes it looks like a ghost is holding up the quilt! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat quilts Des! Thanks for the info to make the "Love" on the backing.
ReplyDeletefab, fab, fab! this motivates me to jump into a serious Maverick Stars Scraps quilt. What if I just did the points as I was making other quilts? Start with a stack of bkgd squares always by my machine and I stitch on the points as I make scraps??? I might be having an O Scrap epiphany!
ReplyDeleteIt looks terrific and I love the "LOVE" on the back.
ReplyDeleteI love this!! If I ever get married again I'm inviting you to my wedding!
ReplyDeleteGreat job! The back and your label are perfect! Did it bust the scraps? ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove it! And it makes a beautiful wedding gift.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out on the stats!! LOL! You know me! Great quilt!
ReplyDeleteThat minky & "love" on the back.....sigh! Thanks for the link to those amazing Maverick Stars!
ReplyDeleteGoosebumps... your quilt is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful!! Off topic: I'm wondering if you might be able to give a little advice. I'm a pretty new quilter and want to upgrade from my simple Singer sewing machine. I'd like something that just sews smoothly (is maybe quieter than my current one) and can handle home quilting of larger projects. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love my janome. I believe there is an affordable smaller janome called magnolia.
DeleteLove the Maverick. I recognize so many of those little scraps. What a great gift! Perfect for picnics or TV.
ReplyDeleteI love stars. great job Des.
